I was pretty worried, but I filed a dispute through their website. To my surprise, they reviewed it and approved a partial refund for the repair cost within 2 days. Honestly impressed with how they handled it.

Exactly. Seems their general email inbox office@arvadaauto.com gets flooded. The internal dispute system and their phone support seem to be much more efficient.

@4x4_Frank That's my theory too. My dispute was handled via the ticket system in my account on arvadaauto.com, not by general email. It was seamless.

i just wish they had a live chat feature on the website. I hate talking on the phone. But anyway, seems like arvadaauto is a much safer bet than some other sites out there.
